Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as HR Intern. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
▪ Updating and maintaining applicant’s database.
▪ Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
▪ Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
▪ Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
▪ Handle any other HR tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources Management
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & Power Point.
Remuneration: Tk. 7,000/- (Monthly)
