Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with North American clients and vendors, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high-quality service.
- Handle client complaints consistently, providing resolutions that build long-term relationships.
- Create sales plans and strategies to generate revenue and meet deadlines.
- Ensure continuous support for installation services, including contract negotiation, performance management, and billing approvals.
- Analyse contractor metrics to identify trends and provide necessary feedback or corrective action.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time.
- Proactively address potential issues to prevent operational disruptions.
- Analyse and check the quality of service done by the vendor as per client requirements.
- Sort, prepare and convey the completion results and bids to the client.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and maintain quality standards throughout the organization.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Follow the instructions of the assigned supervisor and deliver the task as per instructions.
Education and/or Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from East West University. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- An English medium background or good score in IELTS or TOEFL will get the advantage.
- Property preservation experience will get preference.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: An impressive BDT 27,000 to 30,000 (based on the performance)

Shift: (6pm to 3am / 9pm – 6am) | US EST Time/ BD Night Shift
Salary: BDT 27,000 to 30,000 (After the end of successful probation period of 3 months. During Probation Period- 20,000 tk Consolidated Salary)
