The ideal candidate should possess some experience or exposure to the RMG sector, with a foundational understanding of decarbonization, circular business models, and sustainable finance. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the development sector, research, consulting, sustainable banking, or think tanks,
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Development Studies, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant field
- Candidates ideally will have some background in research and consulting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative, and result-driven team environment
- Willing to work in a creative, collaborative, and result-oriented team environment
- Professional attitude, intellectual curiosity, good team player, stakeholder service orientation
- Good proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and intermediate-level expertise in data analysis (e.g. SPSS)
- Excellent English & Bangla communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to lead projects and a team of consultants
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing research projects in collaboration with the team
- Manage relationships with clients, partner organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with the client as well as internal stakeholders while managing the project
- Ability to facilitate dialogue vents and workshops for fostering policy advocacy, engaging ecosystem actors
- Coordinate with field teams for research initiatives and engage with sectoral stakeholders for ecosystem-level engagements/collaborations
- Ability to review and analyze policies and present recommendations in a succinct manner
- Analyze data, prepare reports and slide decks for the end clients or knowledge pieces
- Analyze sectors and value chains using a cross-cutting lens
