Senior Executive/ Executive (Merchant Acquisition – SSLCOMMERZ)
Your Roles & Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales management.
• Enrich the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, primarily focusing on SMEs and online merchants.
• Be prepared for daily visits to merchants or physical meetings with clients.
• Identify potential SME and online merchants and generate leads.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers in person to develop business relationships.
• Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct market research on similar products or services to stay competitive.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other teams for client acquisition, as needed.
• Plan and present reports on sales progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
• Maintain and update the CRM database regularly.
• Develop processes, systems, and databases to gain market insights.
Your Education and Experience
• Graduate / Postgraduate from Business background from any UGC-approved reputed university
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred .
• Candidates with a marketing background and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
