The center has supported the university to arrange a seminar on ‘Exclusive Economic Zone: Impact of Bangladesh Economy’ presented by Rear Admiral (Retired) Khurshed Alam, Secretary, Maritime Affairs Unit, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of the People ’s Republic of Bangladesh. The seminar was held on 18 November, 2014 at the University Faculty Lounge. Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, M.P. Honorable Minister, Ministry of Education, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, graced the event as Chief Guest where Former Foreign Minister, Dr. Dipu Moni, M.P. Chairperson, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, attended the program as Special Guest.
